Payments & Payouts
Connect Stripe to accept payments, manage balances and payouts, and handle tax and documents.
Event Vault processes payments through Stripe Connect, so funds from ticket sales go directly to your own Stripe account. Connect and verify your account once, then manage everything (payments, balances, payouts, and documents) without leaving the Management Console.
What You Can Do
- Connect and verify your Stripe account for your business’s country
- Monitor incoming payments and available balances
- Track and schedule payouts to your bank account
- Download tax and account documents
Tax on tickets is not configured here. It is set per product on the Products page.
Sandbox mode
While your event is in sandbox mode, payments are simulated and no real money moves. You will complete Stripe verification again before going live.
Tip
Stripe must be enabled for your organization. If you don’t see these pages, contact Event Vault support to enable payments.
