Getting started & demo
Event Vault is an all-in-one event platform: a companion app for iOS and Android, a web management console for organizers, and web publishing widgets, all working together from one place.
Create a demo event in the console for free, with no credit card required. It is a ready-to-use demo with a fixed title and limited customization, so you can explore every feature as both an organizer and an attendee, with no time limit.
Pricing & billing
Plans start at €250, with pricing of around €1 per attendee and unlimited organizers and admins. See the Pricing page for the full breakdown of each plan.
Ticketing & payments
Yes. Ticketing is built in and completely optional. You can sell tickets and add-ons with promotion and discount codes through a branded registration form that you can embed on your own website.
Nothing extra from Event Vault. You only pay your payment processor’s standard transaction rate. There are no additional Event Vault fees on ticket sales.
Payments run through Stripe Connect and go directly into your own Stripe account. You track your balance and manage payouts to your bank from inside the console.
No, it is entirely optional. If you handle registration elsewhere, you can import your guest list via CSV or connect your existing system through the API instead.
The app & attendee experience
Browse the schedule, join live Q&A and polls, network and book 1-on-1 meetings, exchange digital business cards, use the social feed and chat, play gamification challenges, navigate venue maps, and receive push notifications.
Setup, data & integrations
Import from a CSV file, add guests manually, or connect through the real-time API. If you prefer a hands-off approach, I can handle the full data migration for you.
Yes. You can embed live schedule, speaker, and sponsor widgets that stay in sync with the console automatically, so there is no double entry.
Support & security
You get personal, founder-led support, with dedicated support time included in every plan and scaled up on larger plans.
