Getting started & trying it out

Event Vault is an all-in-one event platform: a companion app for iOS and Android, a web management console for organisers, and Web Programme widgets for your own website. The three share the same data, so you maintain it once.

Build it. Create your event in the console for free, with no credit card required, and configure it properly: sessions, speakers, sponsors, branding, the lot. Only staff can see it until you activate it, and you pay at that point. Nothing you build is a throwaway, so going live does not mean starting again.

Almost immediately. You launch on the pre-configured Event Vault app with no development work needed, then configure your content, guests, and branding in the console.

No. Attendees can use the iOS or Android app, or open the browser-based Guest Portal to access their ticket and digital badge with no download required.

Pricing & billing

Plans start at €250 for the Web Programme, and at €500 plus around €1 per attendee for a full event plan, with unlimited organisers and admins on every plan. See the Pricing page for the full breakdown of each plan.

No. Beyond your plan, the only possible cost is your payment processor’s standard rate, and only if you choose to sell tickets. Event Vault adds no fees of its own on ticket sales.

Better than one: you build your actual event for free, with no credit card and no countdown, and only pay when you take it live. On the Web Programme tier that moment is your first publish, and the €250 covers a year of publishing from that day.

Ticketing & payments

Yes. Ticketing is built in and completely optional. You can sell tickets and add-ons with promotion and discount codes through a branded registration form that you can embed on your own website.

Nothing extra from Event Vault. You only pay your payment processor’s standard transaction rate. There are no additional Event Vault fees on ticket sales.

Payments run through Stripe Connect and go directly into your own Stripe account. You track your balance and manage payouts to your bank from inside the console.

No, it is entirely optional. If you handle registration elsewhere, you can import your guest list via CSV or connect your existing system through the API instead.

Tax is set per product: you choose a tax rate and behaviour (inclusive or exclusive) on each ticket and add-on, so the amount charged is always clear and predictable.

Yes. You can issue full or partial refunds directly from the Orders page, and the order status updates automatically as the refund is processed.

The app & attendee experience

Browse the schedule, join live Q&A and polls, network and book 1-on-1 meetings, exchange digital business cards, use the social feed and chat, play gamification challenges, navigate venue maps, and receive push notifications.

Yes. You can customise theme colours, your logo, and the navigation. The Custom plan also offers a full white-label app published under your own name.

Yes. You can manage multiple events, or multiple clients, from one dashboard with role-based access controls.

Setup, data & integrations

Import from a CSV file, add guests manually, or connect through the real-time API. If you prefer a hands-off approach, I can handle the full data migration for you.

Yes. You can embed schedule, speaker, and sponsor widgets straight into your own site. Everything is managed in the console: edit there, hit publish, and the change appears on your website straight away. No double entry, no stale PDFs. If the widgets are all you need, there is a standalone Web Programme plan from €250 per event with no attendee app.

Yes. Design and print QR-code badges on any standard printer, linked directly to your ticketing and networking data.

Yes. You can collect custom registration fields, track visa requirements, and generate invitation letters for attendees who need them.

Support & security

You get personal, founder-led support, with dedicated support time included in every plan and scaled up on larger plans.
