General Terms and Conditions

These terms apply when an organisation buys services from Event Vault: an event app, a plan such as Lineup, the console, the public API, and the work we do around them. They are part of every quote, order and agreement we make, together with the data processing agreement in Annex 1.

The PDF is the official text. Attendees using an event app are covered by the Terms of Service instead, and the Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

Which version applies

The current version applies to agreements made or renewed from 3 November 2026.

Customers with an existing agreement are notified of the new version by email. For them it applies from the date given in that notice, at least 30 days after we send it. If a change significantly affects a customer for the worse, the customer may end the affected agreement from the date the change takes effect, as set out under Amendments to terms and conditions. A change does not affect an Online Purchase that has already been paid.
