At the Digital Built Environment Institute (DBEI) Europe, we chose Event-Vault for its high-end, fuss-free technology solution, that are easy to customize to our needs and it’s excellent personal back of house assistance while stacking the App. Our community finds it easy to share and engage within the App and our participants can stay connected and follow up, before, during and after the event. As a non-profit organization within the digital built environment, we need an Event App that serves as a one-stop-shop, easy to navigate, cost-efficient, and allows us to extract important data for our speakers, sponsors and participants. We will continue using Event-Vault as our single source of truth for our conferences!

Setting up our event on Event Vault was an absolute breeze. The platform is incredibly intuitive and user-friendly — both from an organiser’s and attendee’s perspective. Our attendees had no trouble navigating the app, accessing the programme, connecting with other participants, and checking out our sponsors. The interface is clean, responsive, and works seamlessly across devices.

What truly sets Event Vault apart is the outstanding support we received. Founder Johan Kleijn personally provided 24/7 support and was quick to respond to every query. Any issues that came up were resolved within the same day, ensuring everything ran smoothly before and during the event.

We had an incredible experience working with The Event-Vault. The founder Johan was extremely responsive and adaptable. He took the time to explain how everything worked in great detail, making the whole process easy to follow even for those of us with limited tech experience.

What truly stood out was his willingness to go above and beyond. Despite the very short notice we gave him for some of the changes, he was more than happy to help, adding extra features and making updates quickly and efficiently. During our event, he even took the initiative to call us to walk through app functionalities whenever we had questions.

The app itself was fantastic. It was very user-friendly and packed with features that really elevated our event experience. One of the standout tools was the lead scanner, which proved to be vital and was absolutely loved by our audience. It made networking seamless and efficient for both delegates and sponsors. Additionally, the ability to run live polls and Q&A sessions within the app made our sessions far more interactive and engaging, giving attendees a voice and making them feel part of the conversation in real time.

Our delegates and sponsors thoroughly enjoyed the app, and it played a huge role in making the event run smoothly and successfully. We couldn’t be happier with both the final product and the outstanding support we received. Highly recommend!
