- Everything’s included. Every event plan unlocks the full attendee app, management console, and Web Programme widgets, no features locked behind a higher tier.
- Tiered by size. Instant Event covers events up to 2,000 attendees; above that, Custom / Multi-Event has no fixed ceiling. Each is a base platform fee plus around €1 per attendee, so you pick the tier that fits and scale from there.
- You only pay for your real numbers. The attendee count is an estimate. After your event we reconcile to the actual number of attendees in your app, adjusted up or down.
- No hidden fees. The only possible extra is your payment processor’s standard rate, and only if you choose to sell tickets. Event Vault never adds its own fees on ticket sales.
- Unlimited team. Every plan includes unlimited organisers and admins, with dedicated support time that scales up on larger plans.
- Build before you buy. Create your event, load your speakers and sessions and lay the programme out without paying anything. You pay when you take it live, so nothing you build is a throwaway.
- Only need the programme, not an app? The €250 Web Programme tier covers the whole planning workflow: the invited-to-attended speaker pipeline, deliverables chasing, the drag-and-drop session board with conflict warnings, and travel and hospitality, plus the schedule, speaker and sponsor widgets for your own site. No attendee app, no per-attendee charge, and it stays publishable for a year. Upgrade to a full event plan whenever you want one.
