Email Customization
How to customize invitation emails and configure sender details for your event.
Event Vault lets you fully customize the invitation and reminder emails sent to your guests — from sender details and branding to the full email body. Access this section via Email in the Management Console sidebar.
Sender Configuration
These details appear in every outgoing email from your event:
- Sender Name — the display name shown in attendees’ inboxes (e.g., “The Acme Conference Team”).
- Sender Email — the reply-to address for all outgoing event emails.
- Support Email — a contact address shown in the email footer where guests can reach you for help.
Email Branding
- Email Banner Image — a branded banner displayed at the top of every invitation and reminder email. Use a wide, high-resolution image that clearly identifies your event.
Email Template
The email body is fully customizable using the built-in rich text editor. You can:
- Write a custom welcome message or event introduction
- Format text with headings, bold, italic, and lists
- Add links to your event website, schedule, or registration page
- Include your event app download links for iOS and Android so guests can install the app directly from the invitation email
Tip
Send a test invitation to yourself before your event launch to confirm the email looks correct and all links work.
Tips
- Keep the email body concise — guests should be able to scan it quickly and find the key action (install the app, register, etc.).
- Include the iOS and Android app download links in every invitation so guests can get set up before the event.
- Use a high-quality banner image that matches your event branding for a professional first impression.
- Update the email template and re-send reminders as your event approaches with new information (schedule updates, venue details, etc.).
