From €100 per event

Your Programme, On Your Own Website

Stop maintaining a schedule in three places. Manage sessions, speakers and sponsors once, then embed them straight into the website you already have. No app required, no per-attendee fee, live in an afternoon.

The Problem It Solves

Most event websites tell the same story. The programme starts life in a spreadsheet. Someone turns it into a PDF. Someone else retypes it into the website. Then a keynote moves room and a speaker pulls out, and suddenly there are four versions of the truth and three of them are wrong.

The Web Programme collapses all of that into one. Your sessions, speakers and sponsors live in the Event Vault console. You edit them there, hit publish, and every page carrying the widget shows the change. No re-export, no ticket raised with your web team, no PDF to regenerate the night before doors open.

It is the same publishing engine that ships with every full Event Vault plan, sold on its own for organisers who want the website handled and do not need the attendee app.

See It Running on a Real Event

These are live widgets pulling real published data, not screenshots. Exactly what you would embed on your own site.

The full programme with search, track and tag filtering, time-slot separators and one-tap add-to-calendar for Google, Apple, Outlook, Office 365 and Yahoo.

Your speaker directory with photos, roles, rich-text bios and tag filtering. Click any speaker for the full profile and the sessions they present.

Sponsors and exhibitors grouped by tier, with logos, links and per-row layout control so your headline partners get the space they paid for.

The widgets bring their own typography, chosen to stay readable when a programme gets dense, and take your brand colour from a single data-theme-color attribute. Layout choices like session synopses or sponsors-per-row are attributes too, not custom code.

Why Organisers Start Here

It is the cheapest way to kill the PDF, and it takes an afternoon.

€100 Per Event

Published price, no per-attendee charge, no quote call. The cheapest entry point of any platform we compare against.

Live in an Afternoon

Import your sessions by CSV or API, hit publish, paste one line of HTML into your site. No development project, no onboarding programme.

One Source of Truth

Change a room, a time or a speaker in the console and republish. Every page carrying the widget updates straight away.

Matches Your Brand

Set your brand colour with a single attribute and the widgets adopt it throughout, sitting inside your existing page layout rather than in an iframe.

Printable Programme

A dedicated print layout for the delegates who still want paper, generated from the same data as everything else.

Responsive Everywhere

Mobile-first by default, so the programme works on the phone in a delegate’s hand as well as the laptop in the office.

Feeds Your Own Systems Too

Every publish generates a public JSON endpoint, so your developers can build something custom against the same data if they want to.

Upgrade Without Redoing It

Your content is already in the console. Move to a full event plan and the attendee app is populated from day one.

How It Works

1. Get your content in. Import sessions, speakers and sponsors from a CSV, push them through the REST API, or point us at a feed you already publish. If your data is messy or lives in a system nobody wants to leave, we build the importer for you.

2. Publish. One click in the console generates the public data feed and gives you the embed codes.

3. Paste it in. Add the script tag once and drop a <div> where you want the programme to appear. It works on WordPress, Squarespace, Webflow, Drupal, a hand-built site, anything that lets you insert HTML.

<script type="module" src="https://event-vault.com/publishing/event-schedule.js" defer></script>

<div id="event-schedule-widget"
     data-source="https://data.event-vault.com/your-event.json"
     data-css-source="https://event-vault.com/publishing/event-widget.css"
     data-theme-color="#3B6374"></div>

The console gives you this ready to paste, including the font links the widgets use. Every other option is an attribute: show session synopses, choose a card or list layout, set how many sponsors sit per row.

4. Keep it current. Every later change is edit, publish, done. Your website team never has to touch it again.

Common Questions

If your site lets you paste HTML, yes. The widgets are plain script tags and a container div, with no framework or build step, so they work on WordPress, Squarespace, Webflow, Drupal, Wix, a static site or a hand-built one. On locked-down platforms that block script tags, an embed via an HTML block or a custom code section usually still works.

No. The Web Programme is sold on its own at €100 per event, with no attendee app and no per-attendee charge. If you later decide you want the app, your content is already in the console and the app is populated from day one.

You edit in the console and hit publish. The published data is a snapshot, so nothing changes on your live site until you choose to publish, which means a half-finished programme never leaks out. When you do publish, the change appears on your website straight away.

Yes. Set your brand colour with the data-theme-color attribute and the widgets adopt it throughout, and they sit inside your existing page layout rather than in an iframe. The widgets use their own typeface, chosen to stay legible when a programme gets dense, though you can point them at your site font by overriding the –ev-font-primary CSS variable on the container. Layout options like card style and sponsors per row are attributes rather than custom code.

That is normal and we work with it. Sessions, speakers and sponsors import by CSV or through the REST API, and we can pull from an external JSON feed on a schedule. If your data sits in a long-established system with its own quirks, we build a custom importer so your team keeps working where they always have.

Yes. Every publish generates a public JSON endpoint, the Data Source URL, which your developers can consume directly to build their own components. The widgets are the shortcut, not the only option.

One event. If you run a series or a recurring programme, get in touch and we will price the set rather than charging you per instance.
