To launch your event app, please provide the following information first:

Required to Get Started

  • App Name: The name of your app as it will appear to users.
  • Theme Color (HEX/RGB): The main color for your app’s UI and branding.
  • App Icon (512x512px): The icon for your app (must be 512x512 pixels).

Required for Email System Setup (Intermediate Step)

  • From Email & Sender Name: The email address and sender name used for registration and verification emails sent to guests.
    DNS records will need to be set up for the sending domain to ensure reliable delivery and verification.
  • Reply To Email: Email address for replies to event system emails.

Required for App Store Submission (Can be added later)

  • App Name (On Device Under Logo): Short name as displayed on user devices.
  • Admin Email: Email for the admin account to manage data (additional users can be added later).
  • Contact Person: Name of the person displayed on the app stores.
  • Support Email: Email address for user support inside the app.
  • App Description: Description for the app store listing.
  • Cover Image (1024x500px): Must be 1024x500 pixels.
  • Marketing URL: Website or landing page to market alongside the app.
  • Privacy Policy URL: Link to your privacy policy (or use our included one).
  • Terms of Service URL: Link to your terms of service (or use our included one).
  • Account Deletion URL: Link to your account deletion page (or use our included one).
